DELIVERANCE
Deliverance Ministry
Freedom in Christ
"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." – John 8:36
At the FURNACE Christian Fellowship, we believe that Jesus Christ came to set captives free. Deliverance ministry is the biblical practice of helping believers find freedom from demonic oppression and spiritual bondage through the power and authority of Jesus Christ.

What is Deliverance Ministry?
Deliverance is the process of being set free from spiritual oppression, demonic influence, and the works of darkness. Throughout the Gospels, we see Jesus consistently ministering deliverance to those who were oppressed (Luke 4:18, Mark 16:17). As His followers, we continue this ministry today, helping people experience the full freedom Christ purchased for them on the cross.
Deliverance is not exorcism in the sensational Hollywood sense—it's compassionate, biblical ministry that addresses:
Persistent spiritual oppression or attacks
Generational patterns of sin or bondage
Freedom from past occult involvement
Breaking ungodly soul ties
Renouncing lies and receiving truth
Inner healing and spiritual restoration
Who needs Deliverance?
Many Christians struggle with issues that have a spiritual root. You may benefit from deliverance prayer if you experience:
Persistent sin patterns that seem impossible to break
Intrusive, tormenting thoughts contrary to God's truth
Unusual spiritual oppression or fear
Effects from past involvement in occult practices
Generational cycles of addiction, abuse, or dysfunction
Spiritual blockages in your relationship with God
Deliverance ministry is for believers who want to walk in the fullness of freedom Christ offers.

Our Approach
Deliverance ministry at the FURNACE is conducted with:
Biblical foundation – We operate under the authority of Scripture and the finished work of Christ
Confidentiality – Your privacy is protected and respected
Compassion – We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment
Discernment – Led by experienced leaders trained in deliverance ministry
Follow-up – Deliverance is part of a discipleship journey, not a one-time event.
What to Expect
Deliverance sessions typically involve:
Assessment – Understanding your spiritual background and current struggles
Confession and Renunciation – Identifying and renouncing agreements with darkness
Prayer Ministry – Commanding demonic spirits to leave in Jesus' name
Healing and Restoration – Inviting the Holy Spirit to fill and heal
Discipleship – Practical steps for maintaining freedom and growing spiritually
Sessions are conducted privately with trained ministry leaders and may require one or more appointments depending on individual needs.
