What’s Inside
The Furnace Planting Guide walks you through the theology of the Inner Room and the gathering rhythm that carries unchanged from six people in a living room to hundreds in a warehouse. It traces a model of growth by division with roots in the 6th-century Celtic church — fire spreading from hill to hill, not accumulating in one place.
It covers the practical steps of beginning: finding your six, establishing the Inner Room discipline in your community before your first gathering, and affiliating with the Furnace network. It describes the long arc — from a home cell to four home cells, and from four home cells toward a permanent gathered space unlike anything most people have attended before.
